Epcot Passport Book

Does anyone have a template/file that I can use to just print off and make ones of these cool passport books? I am not very creative. I am on a tight budget and thought this would be cool for the kids to do.

Natalie also has lots of GREAT versions that you can download and print each page yourself. Look in the "meet the DISigners" sticky at the top of the page and you can find links to them in her 4shared and photobucket.
