EPCOT on a EMH AM day?

We are planning a short trip and the day we planned to see EPCOT early, we will also be there for the Princess dinner one night, happens to be an am EMH day. We also have breakfast at Cape May for 9:10am. Is it possible to do TT and Soaring before breakfast if we get there at 8:15am or can I get fast passes at 8:45am, go to breakfast and come back and use the FP? Are the FP machines open before 9am? Our thought is that EPCOT being one of the larger parks can handle the crowds better and I did not want to do AK the day i leave because the kids want to do Kali. Thanks for the info.

I don't think you could do both Soarin' and Test Track and make your Cape May breakfast. Choose one or the other and get on stand-by right at park opening. Then go over to the other and grab Fast Passes which will now have return times past 10am because of the crowds. At this point just walk over to the International Gateway and exit Epcot. I cannot say enough to get there before the park opens. The lines for both of these build very fast. The FP machines start at park opening, including morning EMH.

Or, you could change your breakfast until 9:30 and you should be able to do both. It's a long walk from FW to the Beach Club.
