Not sure where else you can find them but we picked ours up at the information center on the left just as you pass Spaceship Earth. The cards are very very cconvenient, but be forewarned _ they are not attached very well to the wrist strap and can be easily lost.
However, they also provide a very easy way to control how much you spend at the food stands. Just load it up and spend it til it's gone. You will be amazed how quickly it goes...

I was standing out in front of the American Adventure last year talking with a friend and as we stood there his wristband card popped off. The plastic thingy holding it together just broke.

Mine is from 2 years ago and hasn't broken yet, or maybe my wrists are just smaller than his, but you do still have to keep an eye on the card and make sure it's still on your wrist.

Something for everybody attending this years Food & Wine Festival to keep in mind when you're doing your planning - this year, Monday October 1st 2012 (4 days after the official start of the F&W fest) is the 30th Anniversary of Epcot!!! There hasn't been an official announcement from Disney about any special events planned (besides releasing a "first look" at some of the exclusive E30 merchandise they'll be releasing in the park that day), however I know that D23 group is planning something, and there's a group on Facebook called WDWCelebrations that has been saying they're planning stuff as well, so if you're going to be in Epcot on that day (like me!!!) just remember that there's something else going on besides F&W.

Wish I could be there! Epcot has been my favorite park since I was a kid. Hopefully there's still come cool merchandise at the End of October when I'll be there.
