Epcot International Festival of the Arts- UPDATED Times Guide on Post 61

This was my thought, too. I really didn't think it was something that Disney intended to be shared like this.

I'm glad we were able to register before the offer was full. I'm hoping that signing up was enough to guarantee our spots, as we have breakfast at MK that morning and are going to EPCOT right after, but won't be there at 9, and while the first thing I plan to do is go to Innoventions to get our badges, I'd hate to miss out on them because I wasn't there to check in right at 9am. The email said tickets are available on a first come, first serve basis - but does "tickets" mean the physical badges or just the online registration spots?

Someone commented on The Dis's Facebook post and said the offer also went out to DVC members.

I received an email for BOTH DVC and for AP for seating at the concerts. I only used the link for DVC since I saw that one first!

I signed up with the AP one but then realized we couldn't use it because we have a non AP family member traveling with us and no guests allowed so I booked with DVC which allows guests (up to 3 if no resort reservation if onsite all the guests on your reservation are eligible)

I had trouble registering in the Chrome browser, but was able to do it in Internet Explorer. I'm excited, the concerts sound great!

The link posted doesn't seem to work unless you receive the email. It wouldnt work for me, but my fiancee got the email and was able to sign us up. There were no dates for this weekend though.

Is she in your friends and family? I was able to add my mom and kids but I have them as my friends and family

Yes, we're both connected to the same account. Neither of us got the e-mail though, and I'm not sure why.

Email reads "confirmed reservation" so I imagine your seat will be held until show time. At some point before the show, I imagine they will fill empty seats with SB so I wouldn't cut the concert time close.

A bit more information I found:
Different school choirs will be performing at the Fountain Stage at 10am and 11:20am
Different marching bands will be performing around the Fountain Stage at 3pm
Living Statues Inspired by various themes from Future World from 10:55am to 5:40pm

So far, I've been redirected 3 times. I'm now on hold for the Internet Help Desk. It says approximate wait time is more than 15 minutes, and I've already been on the phone waiting for 20 minutes v.v

This seems to be very popular or very restricted in number of seats. Like above, I was not able to get in through the website link, but was able to get in from the email. All the days for this weekend are not able to be selected and I have been going out and back in seeing if someone drops something and just keep seeing dates for next weekend disappear. Bummed that it was already blocked out by the time I got in, hoping to save the money from the meal package. On a side note, the menu prices seem really high compared to food and wine.

Just a way for Disney to tout the "value" of the snacks you get on your dining plans...

$5.50 for a cookie with a few splashes of icing color is nuts...unless they are literally serving you an entire cookie cake size...

And $4 for a literal poptart - again drizzled with a few extra splashes of icing color...

I'd feel better if the techniques for those products were at all difficult, but anyone can bake cookies, poke a circular hole through it, and drop some icing dye on...

Possibly a stupid question, will the food booths only be open on the weekends as well? I've never been to a festival that was only some days of the week, so I'm trying to figure out if I do have more time to try the drinks than just the weekend.

This is the first year for this festival, and this is the first one that is weekends only, so we don't really know just yet. This festival does run Fridays through Mondays, though, not just Saturday & Sunday. Booths are currently in place but are not open today - curious to see if they'll be open tomorrow at all or just start Friday.

I would definitely not think there is any chance.

They have "covers" for the booths that COMPLETLY cover them-not just the "counters",etc.

So far I've been on the phone for an hour and 20 minutes. I simply told them that the link wasn't working. I've been dispatched to 5 different areas: events, guest relations, internet help desk, dining, and now the internet help desk. This is the second time I've waited 15 minutes for the Internet Help Desk.

Hopefully, this time I will get some answers.
