Hey! I need critics for my EPCOT touring plan! We're going in August and have my mom, dad, me, and my little sister, Emily, who is 3. My dad is NOT a thrill rider so it's my mom and I...and we are NOT riding Mission: SPACE after what happened the last time...let me tell you...it wasn't pleasant...First, EPCOT:

Arrive around 9:00 from VWL

Go straight to The Land ride and get FP

Go to the Living Seas and wait until it's time to use FP for The Land

Get a snack somewhere...

Ride The Land; using FP

After The Land, go straight to Test Track and get FP for mom and I.

After getting FP ride Spaceship Earth.

After Spaceship Earth ride Test Track using FP.

After Test Track go see Ellens Energy Adventure (some relief from the heat)

After this exit EPCOT and go back to VWL and swim and have a few snacks.

Once at Epcot go to World Showcase and get a bite to eat at the Mexico Pavillion on the outside.

Tour World Showcase and then watch Illuminations.

Hang around until the crowds are gone...then exit EPCOT.

How's that????? Need some critique here! :teeth:

It makes no sense to fet FP for the Land at 9 am. Get FP for TT instead and then go ride the Land...it should have no line at that time of morning. Then you can follow the rest of your plan. BTW are you planning to ride MS? If so, you need to work that in as well.

I haven't done the ride at the Land, and I'm not sure which one you are talking about. Are you sure you want to do that first thing? It's usually a good idea to do the most popular attractions first.

I would head to Test Track when you hit the park. If the wait is too long, get a fastpass for it. I've read that Test Track FP's run out very quickly.

Also if your sister loves Nemo (and what 3 year old doesn't!), try to get to Living Seas after 10:00. The mechanical Nemo comes outside along with the Living Coral in 15 minute increments. My kids loved this. Also check out the Nemo room inside.

We had great luck doing Spaceship Earth in the late afternoon. Maybe you could do it before you leave.

Also look at the Daily Schedule for WS entertainment and characters. I like getting there at 11 a.m. before the crowds. Your sister will love doing the Kidcot stations.

I'm sure it will work well as I can tell by looking at my map, but the important question is...what day will you be in Epcot?

Thanks all!!! We will be going on Wednesday, as we have PS for 1900 Park Fare and will be taking the Monorail from there.

So here's what I have so far:

Arrive around 9:00 from VWL

Go straight to Test Track and get FP

Go to the Land Ride...then head to the Living Seas and wait until it is time to use FP for Test Track.

Ride Test Track

Get a snack somewhere...

Ride Spaceship Earth

Go to Ice Station Cool

Go on Ellen's Energy Adventure

Go back to VWL and swim around and have a snack there.

Once at Epcot go to World Showcase and get a bite to eat at the Mexico Pavillion on the outside.

Tour World Showcase then head down to 1900 Park Fare for dinner PS at 7:15

If there is time left go back to EPCOT via Monorail for Illuminations.

Since you're in Test track area, how bout going to Ellen, Ice Station Cool, then Spaceship Earth last before heading back to VWL. That way you're not backtracking all over the place.

Sorry is this sounds dumb but which resort is VWL again.
