Just a heads up for Chase cardholders!

Chase Cardholders Get VIP Treatment at the 17th Epcot® International Food & Wine Festival Presented by Chase
    September 27, 2012 8:30 AM ET

With the goal of offering additional value and creating memorable experiences for its customers, Chase [NYSE: JPM] today announced they are expanding their relationship with The Walt Disney Company [NYSE: DIS] to become the presenting sponsor of the Epcot® International Food & Wine Festival. Guests attending this marquis culinary event can experience culinary creations from around the world, taste specialty wines and spirits and enjoy live entertainment all day long at this year’s Epcot® International Food & Wine Festival presented by Chase, from Sept. 28 – Nov. 12, 2012. In addition, all Chase debit and credit cardholders can enjoy exclusive access to the Chase Lounge at the Festival* that offers an inviting space to relax and enjoy complimentary beverages, electronic charging stations and free Wi-Fi, among other amenities and benefits exclusively for Chase customers.

The sponsorship of the Epcot® International Food & Wine Festival extends Chase’s relationship with Disney that began with the introduction of the Disney Rewards® Visa Card in 2003. Just this year, Chase launched Disney’s Premier Visa® Card from Chase and Disney’s Visa® Debit Cardfrom Chase. All Disney’s Visa Cards offer special access to cardholder perks when visiting the Walt Disney World® and the Disneyland® Resorts. In addition, Disney’s Visa credit cards let cardholders earn points on card spending which can be redeemed toward nearly everything Disney. Walt Disney World® visitors who are interested in getting Disney’s Visa credit card can apply online at DisneyRewards.com or by visiting kiosks located at Epcot®, Downtown Disney® area and the Magic Kingdom® Park.

“The Epcot® International Food & Wine Festival is one of the most renowned events at the Walt Disney World® Resort, attracting Chase customers from across the country and visitors from around the globe,” said Robert Belan, general manager, Chase. “Not only are we proud to be the presenting sponsor of this amazing cultural celebration, but through this expanded relationship with Disney, we have the ability to create truly unique and special experiences for all Chase cardholders that attend.”

The 46-day festival at Epcot® serves up authentic cuisine from six continents at over 25 marketplaces; wine, beer and inventive new cocktails; and nightly “Eat to the Beat” concerts with entertainment ranging from rock and soul to funk and blues. Exotic marketplaces from Hawaii to Belgium offer exciting taste treats. The Festival, in its 17th year of existence, is one of the longest running food and wine event of its kind in the country.

    Festival highlights include:

Signature dining experiences with celebrated chefs
Party for the Senses—a spectacular tribute to the sensory arts
    Culinary demonstrations and wine seminars
The Eat to the Beat concert series, with nightly musical performances from popular hit-makers
Disney’s Visa Credit cardholders can redeem points towards hotel nights, theme park tickets, shopping and dining experiences while at the Epcot® International Food & Wine Festival. In addition, travel packages to the Festival are available to Chase SapphireSM and Ink from Chase® cardholders through Chase Ultimate Rewards. Packages include a two-night stay at a Walt Disney World® Resort hotel, theme park tickets to the Walt Disney World® theme parks and tickets to a "3D" Disney's Dessert Discovery party.

We have a Chase card but not a Chase Disney card. Does my regular Chase Sapphire card count?
