I'm trying to decide whether I want to go during food & wine, or the week before. I'm not really interested in the food or the wine part, but I recently bought a house, and I thought that maybe there would be some different kinds of kitchen merchandise than is usually available. Or do they just offer a few festival themed items? Thanks.

WDW has a lot of kitchen merchandise available on a regular basis, but they do bring out some special merchandise for the F&W Festival. You can see some of last year's offerings in this post on easyWDW (about half way down):

Thanks for the link! The food & wine themed stuff didn't wow me, but I loved the artwork. I can just see something like that in my kitchen! :>
