Epcot entertainment performers schedule?

I am trying to plan which days we will spend at each theme park. We will be spending 2 days at Epcot and I was wondering what would be the best 2 days of the week to catch all of the various entertainment acts. I know some of them don't perform every day of the week.

We will be at Disney from December 9 - 19. Is there a schedule online somewhere that would tell me which acts are performing on certain days. Or maybe something from past years/months I could look at?

Also for the other Disney parks too??
