Epcot EMH during FW

We are planning our days for our October trip and need some help. I have two options to go to Epcot, October 29th (a Wed), or October 31st (a Fri). Both have something working against them, so I need some advice.

We are staying offsite, so EMH don't apply, but on the 29th Epcot has nighttime EMH. Will it be extra busy? However, we were also told to avoid Epcot at weekend nights during FW because of locals. However, does the fact it's Halloween affect the crowds?

2- MK has the Party, so many non-party guests will likely be at Epcot.
