I was just looking to make sure my restaurants for January 2016 are part of the DDP, and it shows only 3 of the TS restaurants in Epcot are covered... can that be correct??? This was on the WDW website in their brochure.

It is correct for right now.

Expect updates in January.

Many Epcot restaurants are operated by third parties, and their contracts with the DDP are on a calendar year basis.

Your question gets asked every. single. year. until the final contracts are signed. None of the non Disney operated restaurants has backed out yet. It would be front page news (at least on the Dis) if it ever happened. Don't worry.

OK, I'm starting to get worried... still only shows 3 TS restaurants in Epcot. Can it be possible that people there now on DDP only have 3 places to eat TS?

As mimmie mum mentioned above, this happens every single year at this time; year in and year out; without fail; and it is going to happen again next year. Don't worry about it, when it's all said and done almost all of them if not all will be on the DDP for this year.

Just got back yesterday, they have to update the WDW site but I spoke to someone in Chefs DeFrance who said all the restaurants in Epcot take the Dining plan

You are assuming that the web page you looked at has been recently updated. That's an awfully big assumption ( and usually wrong) when it comes to a Disney website.

Well, I wasn't quite sure where else to find the official information, if not on the official Disney site LOL!

Sadly, no where.
But you can be sure that the non-Disney locations are not fools. They know if they drop taking the dining plan they are drastically reducing the number of guests that can/would eat there. Enough people have drunk the dining plan kool-aid that they buy it, even when it's not free. With so many using it they'd be hard pressed to remain open and NOT take it.
