I was thinking of doing Epcot on Friday 5/5. That is their evening EMH day, how bad are the crowds compared to non EMH days?

On our last trip we did the evening EMH at Epcot and the crowds were a lot larger than during the day for that time of year (Sept.). However, we bypassed Illuminations and went to Soarin' at that time and there was no line-up at all. We did wait a little bit for test track, and the wait for the bus was pretty hard with tired kids at the end of the night, but it was definitely worth it.

When we went in June, the crowds were pretty heavy, too. The FP machines re-open at 9pm for the EMH and the lines start building to get them by 8:15 for Soarin. When we walked over there around 9, the lines were very, very long for both Soarin and FP for Soarin. I would definately go again, since all the lines are not like that. We did just walk on Mission Space, my one and only ride on that :crazy2: , but my DH and DS loved it!!!
