Epcot Circle of Life opened yet?

Okay thanksfor the clarification! We'll give it a go. I like to try everything once and then leave it up to the kids if they want to do something again.

Exactly. As with the Stitch ride in the other thread, it's not my cup of tea but every attraction is someone's somewhere's favorite. I thought it was too much of an intense, hard sell on environmental issues (compared to, for example, any of the nature films that Disney releases each year that is a very soft sell) and we walked out of it going 'sheesh.' But I wouldn't have known that if I hadn't seen it myself.

It's more about "BAD Corporations."

It's interesting that the only way WDW exists... and that most guests can visit... is due to these " vile uncaring organizations."

That's exactly what I thought the first (and only) time I saw the film. We walked out and for the first couple of hours all I could see at Epcot was how wasteful everything potentially was (including the two of us getting too much on the meal plan but having already paid for it). What I do like is it reminds me of visiting Epcot as a little kid when every inch of a pavilion taught you something. They still do, I guess, but just not as 'in your face' about it? Pity they aren't at least updating the film a bit.

Am I the only one who doesn't like this attraction? We left the theater staring blankly at each other. Lol
I think for some of the repeat visitors like me that it is stale now. Last time in the building in early January, we did Soarin' and Living with the Land and zipped on by the Circle of Life again. It's not horrible if you've never seen it before. I'd like to see it updated and maybe a little more humor would not be a bad thing.

I do not sit through it every trip, but the last time I did was about 18 months ago. I had just taken an environmental studies course, and I watched the film with different eyes that time. I also spent way more time looking at the artwork near Living with the Land. It was funny how even now, when time has passed from that course that was intensely difficult but very enlightening, I see so many details in WDW that I appreciate differently.
