Epcot and Birthdays

Does Epcot do anything special for birthdays. My best friends husband is having a birthday the day we go to Epcot in July and she would love to surprise him with something special.

He has already said he doesn't want to do the ILLUMINATIONS cruise as he doesn't like boats.

Any Ideas out there for a 41 yr olds birthday?

You can get a free birthday button for him to wear at guest services.

I would recommend that you make a priority seating at one of the sit-down restaurants and note on the reservation that it is his birthday. Then, when you check in, remind the host/hostess. We've had a few celebrations at WDW and the most impressive we had was at Restaurant Askershus in Epcot for my dh. They brought him a full-size one layer cake and a certificate signed for all the staff and sang to him in Norwegian. Very cool.

If you are staying on site at Disney, ask at the hotel desk if they can do any kind of surprise. They sent my dh a balloon bouquet and card.
