Of course, that'ss be no problem, so long as you have a park hopper pass. If you don't then you will not be able to do this.
If you split the parks I would do AK in the morning and into part of the afternoon, say around 2:00pm, then jump on a bus, or grab your car, and get to Epcot. You should arrivew there, at the latest at 2:45pm. At the latest. Then you can do TT and SE (you'll most likely have to fast pass Test Track) and some of the other fun stuff like Honey I Shrunk.... and Maelstrom. Then watch Illuminations and head home.
This is dependant on when you are going. If you are going during a peak time, (ie: Easter weekend or Summer) Then you may have to leave AK a little early and get to Epcot before all the Fast Passes are gone for TT. It's a very popular and slow loading ride.
