entertainment guide and HOJO

When you use the entertainment guide to get a code for discounted rooms is it from an anaheim guide or is it from your local area. In my guide it has save 10% discount for all howard johnson hotels. What I have been reading people have been getting up to 50% off the rate??!! What am I doing wrong.

You can use the card from any Entertainment Book. That will give you a 15% discount at the Anaheim HoJo at any time. But the hotel also offers its own Entertainment Book discounts of up to 50% off during various times of the year. Visit this thread on the HoJoAnaheim Innsider Board for the current dates:

yes, check the website for your dates and if they become available, you need to phone the hotel directly and speek to in house reservations. If you phone Hojo central reservations you will only get the 10%

I went to the website and it did not have any codes for the month that we are going... does that mean in June there will be no codes?? Or should I keep checkin? Do the normally have codes every month? and thank you everyone!

Just keep checking ~ they wouldn't have next June listed now. I was able to get 2 nights in mid July this year ~ but not until the day before our 1st night. I bet lots of nights are available for the ent. rate at the last minute. I'm still holding out for this coming Sun & Mon nights, but I have the Anaheim Plaza booked just in case.
