Entertainment Book Meal and a Movie

Is this in the entainment book for all areas or do you need the Orlando version?

It's in all of the ones I've seen... I think it's in every 2006 book.

Fuzzye-Where was your book from with the coupon/2006? Thanks!

the book i got it out of was my sisters. it was the st louis, mo area. she had both the 05 and 06 books and i thought i got it out of 05 but i may be mistaken. i know it did have a expiration date on it of dec. 05. i had told her to check around and see if anyone wasn't going in the next 3 months could i have them. i only got the one coupon. :confused3 yes, it does have a barcode on it. i had no problem cashing it in at the customer service. i had origionally went into the nascar restaurant to redeem it and they sent me to customer service. i dont see any problems redeeming 10 of them at once. the restaurant wont know it came from a coupon because city walk actually sells, or did in oct, this deal for $19.95. i did think if they knew it was a free coupon used i would only get 1/2 a meal but it was alot of food. i love getting something for free!!

IS City Walk right outside Universal like it is in LA? If we are spending the day at US could we go over to city walk for dinner then back to the park? I have those coupond too and that would save us tons

in orlando you have to go through city walk, unless theres an entrance i don't know about, to get to universal or islands of adventure. there was something in the cinema about $8.00 off concessions with a paid parking pass. i asked about it and she said i needed my parking stub i received when i paid to get into the parking lot. so if you pay to park take your stub in to the movies and ask about that. i didnt get all the details because i didnt have my stub and didnt want to go back for it.

I used all 3 Meal & Movie Passes (borrowed from friends' books) this past week at the guest services counter in the CityWalk with no problem (wish I would have gotton 3 more for our 2nd day at US/ioa). I redeemed them first thing in the morning and it totally made my day! We ate at the Nascar Cafe, and they have reduced their choices from the pass. You could order a burger, pulled pork sandwich, a grilled chicken salad, and I can't remember what else. DH had the burger and said it was much better than the one he had at the Sci-Fi. I had the chicken salad--a little too much italian dressing for me. The pork was ok. The pass includes gratiuty too, so it was totally FREE :cool1: .

I redeemed my $9 parking voucher for $8 in concession credit at the movies.

I am so thrilled to hear you used three at once - di d you have to go up at three separate times or just go once with all three coupons? I am going to take four coupons, I think. What movie did you see? That's cool about the parking pass/ concession savings - hope they're still doing that in February! Thanks! Shawn

I redeemed all 3 coupons at once, no problem whatsoever. We have a 9 year old son, whom I prefer to see PG rated movies. The only PG movie was Corpse Bride-none of us wanted to see it. DH wanted to see The Fog, but I hate scary movies and DS likes them, but it was too scary for him. We left halfway through it. Oh well, at least we didn't pay for it. If you're going to Universal more than 1 day, I'd try to get as many coupons for my party each day. If you eat a late lunch and a decent breakfast, you can easily get by on 2 meals for the day (with concessions at the movie). Have fun!!

just checked my book and it is also in the chicago north/northwest book.

I am a little confused where customer service is. Is it the little "shack" that is in the middle of the walkway pretty much across from the movie theatre where you can buy the special dinner/movie for $20.

last year i did the movie and meal deal not realizing it was in my ent book.
i went to the built in stand across from the airplane.

i believe there is another place also.

It's in the Reading/Pottsville, Pensylvania book and it definetly looks like a coupon. Thanks for the heads up!! We're going to be at Universal several days. Does anyone know if the movie & meal must be the same day? (I'm assuming it is, but asking just in case) Thanks!!! :flower:

don't know the answer to that one but its worthy of trying to find out.

i will have to reread my coupon to see if there are any restrictions.

when i did the movie and meal before, it had to be on the same day.
i was paying for it when i did it.

stupid me forgot to really check out the ent book when i got it.
slaps head two times very hard...........

Guest Services (where I redeemed my coupons) is to the left of the little shack you're referring to, if you are walking in from the parking lot. The "shack" is an information booth.

I am late posting this reply,

My husband and I used our movie/meal coupon last year and we thought it was a good deal. We had a 1/2 day to kill on our last day, so after breakfast that morning, we caught an early movie (Meet the Fockers). We already used the meal portion the previous day at Motown Cafe. With this option the meal choices were limited, but still pretty good. Our coupons were purchased with our vacation package at Universal.

Hope this helps, and enjoy your trip.

Has anyone used this coupon in 2006, we are going in august and I would like to get some coupons.

When does the 2006 coupon expire? We are going in December and I know some coupons are only good to November. It would be nice to buy a discounted book this year ($15).

Is the shipping per book or per order? I have heard $5 for shipping, which would be great if it was for multiple books (especially when they are marked down to only $5 per book).
