Entertaining kids in line

In general though sticker books are a great distraction. They have some on amazon that are small and themed and they are usually 1.50 and buy 3 get one free. I'll look up the brand if anyones interested.

"Mickey's Dog" is a favourite for us (Like the ministers cat only has to be vaguely disney themed and a dog because you can do Pluto for P) - going through the alphabet describing mickeys dog - so Mickeys dog is an animated dog, Mickeys dog is a barnstorming dog etc.

DD got into playing "what am I", where you ask yes/no questions to guess the answer she was thinking of. It passed hours on the plane, in lines, on the way home. Now DH and I can't stand it - I think we overid that one!

Otherwise, talking, hanging out, planning... and DH has his IPhone.

I am not the poster that posted about these, so not sure if this is the brand they were referring to, but the ones we have are Dover Little Activity books. If you search for that on Amazon, a bunch will pop up!
