We love going at the beginning of June.... want to hit the last days of Flower and Garden Festival!

The last two years, we've gone to Disney in August (had to because of job) and we soooo missed at the pretty Flower & Garden displays at Epcot. It just looks so dull without them. That and the heat were the deciding factors on the dates for our 2010 vacation.

I think it ends May 16th in 2010, sorry!!

Count me in for a June discount! We went on the 4/3 this past year and would like to go again June 8-15th

I'm pretty sure that it always lasts till the week after Memorial day.
This year it ended May 31st... but Memorial Day was May 25th.

OH NO!!! I think you might be right! Just saw the dates on another web site! may have to change plans to May!!!!

I agree...... it's always lasted through the first weekend in June!
I will be so sad if we won't get to see it.

For years and years, we went the last week of May through the first week of June and it always ended the first weekend in June. I am soooo hoping that these dates will be changed. I can't go to Disney any earlier because my son will still be in school.

Me too! I have never been to this. Wonder why they would end it so early this next year.

Well, just popped over to see if I could figure out when the late May/June discounts came out last time - glad that someone answered that (mid November probably?)

My family is in for a trip - we are hoping 5/26 through 6/5. A discount would be FABULOUS.

I noticed that it is supposed to start a bit earlier this year but not significantly earlier. I really really hope that the dates will be extended. I think I'll head over to the Disney World site and see if they have anything "official" posted.

We've finally made a decision on where to stay in 2010. We are going back to the CBR. It'll be our 5th stay there. We thought about staying somewhere else but can't seem to get excited about another moderate. Right now, we are booking a standard room. If a good promo comes out, we may change to a pirate room.

We're with you it's hard to get too excited about any of the other moderates. So if we don't get a code we will probably stay at CBR again. We have stayed in the standard room twice and it's been okay-Jamaica was better than Barbados but only because of the buses. I just love the feel of CBR. I'm dreaming of AKL or the Poly though. I got some emails with pin codes for our May dates the other day and I got really excited. Turns out the codes are just for stays through mid December. Why attach a code for dates I'm not interested in....

We've gone the week before Memorial Day the last three years. The crowds are manageable. The weekend will always be more crowded than the weekdays because locals come out and some folks just go for a quick weekend trip but we have never had any issues doing what we want. Our longest wait this year was for Big Thunder Mountain Railroad (35 minutes) later in the day it was 5 mins. Use fastpass and take advantage of EMH (if you're on property) and you will have no problems whatsoever. Hope you have a great trip!

We like the CBR because it's like having a beach vacation and a Disney vacation all rolled into one. We went to the luau on our last trip and just as the show ended and we were walking back towards the main building, the fireworks started. It was absolutely beautiful. If I had the big bucks, we'd stay at the Polynesian. Until then, we'll be staying at the CBR.

I got an email from Disney recently. It was for the same free dining that they are advertising on television. I really wish I'd get a super fabulous pin code.

We're going 22nd June to 9th July and while I know there won't be any deals around the 4th July, I am hoping there might be a 4/7 deal for the first week.
