I am looking to return to DW next year but I am torn on when to go. The 1st option would be 25Feb-4Mar. I like this option because it is closer than the second. The second option would be the last week in April. I am nervous about the weather in late February being to cold and rainy. I have looked at the climatology and I get more confused. Just looking for opinions. :confused3

Haven't been at the end of Feb. beginning of March, but we have been twice at the end of April. April is a great time to go the weather is warmer and not much rain, plus the flower and garden festival is going on at Epcot. If you've never been I would try to wait and go then. Were you more interested in better weather? Low crowds? I haven't been in Feb(going in 2006) but I was there this past April for the last week. Weather...was nice shorts weather, didn't need jackets once. It rained twice; one was a down pour, the other was a light rain. Crowds...pretty crowded. There were 2 states on spring break and grad nights. For example: we never got to ride Kilomanjaro(all the FP were gone by 11 am and the line wait was 90 mins) and it was a 3hr wait for walk ins at some table service eateries. Other days weren't bad.

We went last year (2004) during the end of Feb, beginning of March and we are going again during the same time period in 2006. The weather we had was great (except the 1st day was 50) the rest of the week it was sunny and in the 70's and 80's. Crowds were not bad at all. We didn't wait long for anything (did use fastpass on the major rides). I'm hoping we luck out again this coming year and get the same great weather. You just never know.
