Emotional Support Snake?

I could see them banning boas. She should have brought along a cuddly cute ball python as her emotional support crutch. Just wear it as a bracelet.

Emotional support ... :rolleyes2 don't get me started on this.

The emotional support animal became out of control around 2017. Many airlines finally put the hammer down. Thank goodness, it took them too long!! It was ridiculous. My best friend (flight attendant) was going down the jetway to work a flight and coming off the previous flight was a passenger with an emotional support turkey. (I'm trying to find the picture she sent on my old phone.) And the airline I worked for has always banned reptiles in cabin or cargo. No snakes on our planes, thank you very much!

If you need an exotic animal for support, then drive.

I don’t have an issue with people having emotional support animals, but I’m confused on why it is they are allowed in so many places. I’m seeing dogs in places I would have never seen dogs before. The other day there was a lady, at the grocery store, riding in a scooter, with her small dog in the basket, trying to smell and lick every person that was close. When did this become ok? I most absolutely understand service dogs for the blind, but I don’t understand this. And this isn’t the first time I’ve seen this.

ETA…..I did ask someone at the service desk when did this store start allowing dogs to walk around or sit in the basket at the store. and she said that as long as it’s a service dog they have to allow it.

Under the ADA emotional support animals do not have the right has service animals - which last time I checked were limited to dogs and small horses. A business has the right to ask what service the animal provides. Businesses are just too afraid to ask. I blame Paris Hilton for it becoming okay to bring your dogs everywhere with you.

Don't matter what you look like, Don't matter what you wear.

I'm totally sorry that my Emotional support snake ate your emotional support snake for breakfast.

I knew someone in the early 90s who had a larger pet python named Damian. I guess he copied from that wrestler.

For the most part, even large pythons won’t eat smaller ones unless they’re starving. Cobras, vipers, and King snakes often include other snakes in their healthy diets, but boas and pythons don’t.

....one could only hope that the snakes and the turkeys weren't molting at the time...
