When it is EMH at EPCOT is the whole park open late or just FW or WS?

Most of FW remains open for the additional three hours and parts of WS. I believe you can get this info on allearsnet.com. Go to the theme park section and look for Extra Magic Hours.
Also note that although FW may "officially" close at 7pm most major attractions continue running until 9pm every day. So the evening EMH starts at 9pm for both sides.
