EMH during Spring Break

Hi All -

I'm going to WDW during Spring Break and am wondering about the EMH. EMH at MK starts at 7am every day we are there. Everything I read talking about EMH is in regard to it opening like at 8am. Do a lot of people actually get up and get to the park at 6:30 am for a 7am opening? Or is it fairly dead since it is so early? Also do I need to be there at 6:30? Anybody have an experience - will the park open to Main Street at 6:30 on this day or is this more likely to be a day where the gates will not even open until 7am. We are only in disney for 2-1/2 days so we are trying to make the best of it. It would only require us getting up a the crack of dawn on 2 of the 8 mornings we are on vacation. We are staying at the Disney Vero Beach resort for 5 nights prior to WDW.

I would definatly do it. EMH are so worth it. If u can try to go for the night ones, from experience they are empty, but then again I've never done the morning ones. But from what I've read the morning ones are empty. They are really helpful in doing the popular rides more than the one time u may get during the day. Especailly because you are going spring break, I hear spring break is one of the busiest times of the year.

Yes, a lot of people will get up that early. We went to the MK on the Thursday after Easter last year. We arrived at 6:40, and there were hundreds of people in front of us already. If you can make it, it will really help get a jump on the lines - especially in Fantasyland.

OMG! We went to AK on an EMH morning and it was packed by 8am. I went to MK on an EMH on purpose killer crowds and I can just imagine how it will look like during Spring Break! We take advantage of EMH every time we go .
