EMH at Epcot--evening

Our Epcot day has EMH from 9-11 pm. We are staying off property. I know we won't be able to ride rides during that time frame, but will we still be able to walk around the world showcase/shop/eat/etc?

Yes, the World Showcase is open during the Evening Extra Magic Hours. You may find that not all stores and restaurants will be open during the Extra Magic Hours however.
