We are planning on heading to MK EMH today at 7. We started our stay at a WDW resort and moved offsite after 2 days. We had another on site stay booked for last night but daughter was sick and we didn't use it - but we still paid for it, didn't ask for a refund or anything. Called and told them we wouldn't be there yesterday but that we might stop by today for pool, etc. The reservation Is now not showing up in my MDE. Will we have a problem using our EMH today? Anyone know? Sorry if wrong forum.

Did you check in yesterday for this reservation? They may be considering you a no show. Is the reservation showing up in the "my plans" section of your MDE? I'm not sure if the reservation will still be on your MBs since there may have been a miscommunication between calling CRO and not physically checking into the resort, if in fact you did not show up in person.

I called to say we might only be using amenities and they said it was fine, but didn't physically check in. Might be out of luck.

You may be out of luck. When you call, you aren't getting the resort, you are getting a central reservation office. They may not have understood you weren't planning on checking in.

They transferred me from the call center to the business office, who apologized and said if we went to MK guest relations at 7, they could call a manager at ft. Wilderness who would verify that we had an active reservation. They had a note from yesterday on our reservation that we were still planning on using amenities but not physically checking in, and someone in the office misread it overnight and checked us out. They were really nice, apologetic and all, I'm just minus a little magic. Not the end of the world.
