Emeril's for Lunch while visiting parks

Is it possible to go to Emeril's for lunch on the same day we are visiting the park? This will be the first time we have been to Universal in 10+ years and am not sure of the layout..

So, basically I am wondering if we can leave the park and go to Emeril's and then back to the park again without much hassle??

emeril's a about equidistant from both parks in citywalk. maybe 5 minutes from each gate. emeril's for lunch is one of my favorite's because we can sit at the bar and have a glass of wine and BBQ shrimp with no reservation. you'll need to make a reservation if want the main dining room, and you have to call the day before to confirm. but lunch resevations are easier to get than dinner.

What are lunch versus dinner crowds like at Emeril's in February? We could do mid-week lunch if it makes a difference on wait time...
