Emerald Island/Indian Creek Rental Questions

Has anyone ever rented from Benny and Sully with a property named Water View Villa in the Emerald Island resort, Disney Forest Villa in the Emerald Island resort, or from Hunter and Derrick Smith or the Autumn Creek Villa at Indian Creek? All three properties seem very nice and I am just having a hard time deciding and would like to know if anyone could give me insight into their experience at any of these properties.
