embroidered t-shirts

Not sure if anyone out there can help me, I am looking for a company that will do a one off embroidered polo shirt for me - I only seem to be able to find companies that will do a job lot, but as DS is the only member of his swimming club that is a National Medalist we only need the one. Any help would certainly be appreciated.

WE were looking for something along the same lines for DD as she does Ballet and would like her to have something different to the other girls.
