Emailing the DLH

Hi
We are going at the start of May. I need to email DLH to tell them my husband and 2 kids will be added onto the booking at arrival and also let them know the trip is for my 40th, our 10th wedding anniversary and my daughter turns 9 while we are there.
Does anyone know when is the best time to email them this and what the email address is?
