I cancelled my vacation package 2 days ago. At the time, the CM told me she couldn't give me any sort of a confirmation number but that I would receive an email to confirm the cancellation. No email has been received. Do these emails usually come instantaneously? The reservation is gone from MDE but I would like some sort of email confirmation just in case there is an issue with the refund (I had paid $3200).
Also, why is Disney so busy today? The first time I called, I got the circuits busy message, I've called 2 other times and gave up after being on hold for 30 minutes and am now on hold again.
