I just went to their website www.disneyworld.com and went to the part where it says contact us and sent it there. They do read the email apparently because they did call me. It took about 3 weeks though.
I tried calling Yolanda at Guest Services, who called me on Tuesday but she wasn't there so I left her a message. I am going to keep trying because I am interested in what she has to say.
Maybe if more of us "complain" they will take a look at it. She did say on her message that my email had been sent to Marketing too.
