Eleven Month Window?

I would like to make reservations for October 30-November 6th but am very confused as to how I determine when is the first date I can call for reservations. I know they made some changes which I haven't kept up with and also there was some type of a chart you could use. Any help would be appreciated.

November 30 is the date you can call and make your reservation for next October.

Just any FYI (not that this applies to your reservation but I didn't realize this until I booked my first stay last week), if you call on the first day of the 11 month window, you can only book 7 nights.

can reserve up to 7 nights on that call. if you needed more than 7 (ie night of November 6th too) then you can call on December 1st and book that night then or you can book the entire reservation with a single call on December 1st.

So if I want to book for 28 May 2010 at 7 month window, do i call on 28 October? Sorry to ask a silly question- really worried I will call on the wrong day and miss my chance!

That's correct. Then you have to call on day 8 to reserve the rest, or call each day to add a day.

There is no reason to wait until Day 8 to book the rest. That is the day that any other member without a reservation can also book and puts you at risk for getting the rest of your resrvation (assuming same resort/same unit). Call no later than day 7. -- Suzanne
