Elevators at Port Orleans

Am I dreaming or did I read somewhere that there weren't any elevators at Port Orleans?

When planning for our first (and only so far) trip a couple of years ago I was thinking I read this and hence the reason we didn't stay there. Our 13 yr. old daughter is in a wheelchair and elevators sure make it easier. Was toying with staying some place cheaper if we go this year.

There are elevators in French Quarter, and in the mansions in Riverside. None in the Alligator Bayou.

There are definitely elevators at POFQ, I've never stayed at POR so I can't say, but you can certainly request a ground floor room or a wheelchair accessibile room if that would make your stay more comfortable. I really love POFQ, it's a great resort
