Electricity pylon explosion in 1980's

I hope this won't be flagged to mismatch the category but I couldn't find a better place to put this.

These days there is a trial in Europe on bombings that took place from 1984 to 1986. The targets were mostly public infrastructure, with some emphasis on electricity pylons which were hit especially in the early phase.

During the trial, a witness alleged a citizen who has been working in Florida shortly after the bombings ended. The witness further stated, that when he visited Florida shortly after 1986, he has been told that there has been a bomb attack on an electricty pylon that has supplied power to the Orlando Disneyworld, causing a blackout in the amusement park.

I tried to learn more about this on the web but as it took place well before the web era, it's hard to find some information on this.

Is there anyone who can help me out by confirming this event or even providing some more background information?

Never heard of this but did a little googling and it sounds like this happened at Euro Disney in 1992.

I don't recall ever hearing about this, either.

And, Disney World's infrastructure is more complex than it might seem; so its unlikely that damaging a power source would cause a total blackout.

In short: this would appear to be a tall tale.
