Electric Water Parade

Any recomendations for a romantic location to view the Electric Water Parade from the Grand Floridian? Our dinner at V&A should be concluding @ 9pm. Also any way to get/take a cocktail to this viewing spot?

You may want to check the GF resort map for reference. I'd suggest two locations, the dock and the area next to Narcoossees.
