in the fridge.......and hard boiled ones even at Easter time....do not let those stay out over night either ......even they are cute in the Easter baskets..
They are not refrigerated in Italy, but after I buy them I put them in the fridge because it is easier to fry an egg when the whites are cold. BTW...the yolks are a shade of orange here. I was almost afraid to eat them. Hasn't killed me yet.
and all the yolks are different colors....just means that they are a different type of chicken.......I had one egg that was so dark that i thought that it had spoiled...but it is the type .......I love fresh eggs from the farm
I thought that you HAD to refridgerate eggs....silly me.
Other Egg news....when i moved across country it was very hard for me to get used to brown eggs. LOL guess I was egg sheltered all my life. I had only seen white eggs.
