We have booked the dining package for ROL in June. ROL is at 9:15 and park closing is at 10:00. I have read that ROL is only about 20 minutes long. Taking into account the time to get out of the theater and get through the crowds, is it likely that we will have time to get to EE in time to ride before it closes? (We are okay with doing single rider if necessary) - my kids really want to ride EE after dark.

As long as EE is up and running and not down for any reason, then you'll have plenty of time to get there and get in line. It might not be a walk on and there might be a little bit of a wait because a bunch of others will be doing the same thing. But you should have more than enough time to make it
