That's a good idea since no one seems to know here.
I was able to find some stuff out from the official Disney site (but it kept locking up my computer on Netscape - worked OK on Internet Explorer).
Anyway, go to
www.disneylandparis.com and at the first screen, click on English (or whatever language you want to try, if you are adventurous). On the left side of the next screen, there is a
Contact Us link where you could email them. You can also get some information by clicking on the
Practical Guide link. When that page opens, go to the pull down menu for
Special Requirements and click on
Disabled Visitors. That will bring you to information about obtaining their Guidebook for Guests with Disabilities. There is a US phone number there, but it could only be used for calling from outside the US. They do talk about renting wheelchairs, but nothing about price and no mention of
ecvs (scooters). If you go all the way to the bottom of that page and click on
Important Advice and Restrictions, the page that comes up looks like it must be the text from their Guidebook for Guests with Disabilities.
Sorry about all these long instructions, but each page opened up a page with no address/location bar, so there wasn't an easy way to copy and paste the locations.
Good luck. Let us know what you find out and hope you have a great time if you do go.
