Hi

Has anyone rented an ecv from an exteral supplier whilst at Disney?

Our next visit in Feb will be with my mum and she has bad arthritis. Some days are better than others, but the arthritis doesn't allow her to do huge amounts of walking. We considered hiring either a wheelchair or ecv from Disney but this doesn't allow us the freedom, especially if mum is in pain when trying to get back to the hotel on the bus.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks all!

Last time we went we hired one from HERE as my Mum had twisted her knee just before we went.
The service was first class. They delivered the ECV to our villa the morning after we arrived and showed us how to dismantle it to fit in the car and showed my Mum how to use it. hey then collected it the day before we left. I can't speak highly enough of them.

another reason you don't want to rent from disney - it's first come first served...when they run out, they run out..

so if you really need it, it's best to rent from an outside company..

I second Randy mobility, weve used him 3 times now, he did us a great deal when over there for a month over christmas the other year,( for my dad )

and drops off, collects to the villa/ hotel, never had a problem x
