ECV from scooterbug

If I order an ECV from scooterbug to the Disney resort I'm staying does it have to be picked up within an hour from chosen time because I thought you could pick up at own convience and I checked cormfirnation that it has to be picked up within an hour from Bell service and I haven't left myself enough time as I selected 3pm and I get to MCO airport at 3.30pm and about time I collect luggage and get Uber I don't think I'll make it on time.
Does order get cancelled if about 2 or 3 hours late because I thought you can pick up at own convience.

Disney doesn't want to be storing a ton of scooters. Don't request 7a but pickup at 7p.

The hour isn't real. Flights are frequently delayed. Contact the vendor. Tell them to update the time to between 4 and 5. Tell them you expect they'll hold the scooter if your flight is delayed.
