Ecco Performance X-treme Jane

I recently bought a pair of Ecco Performance X-treme Jane. They look like this:

I am really concerned that they may be too wide for me. Does anyone own these? I bought the smallest size, but I have narrow feet. They look wide on me, but maybe that's the way they're supposed to be. They fit fine with socks on, but they're not supposed to be worn with socks. I'm worried about blisters.

I ended up ordering a pair of youth sized shoes to see if they fit any better. Hopefully they will, because I love the look of these shoes.

Are they the same????
