ebbsfleet carpark

Sorry can't help, we are going Thursday we booked our carpark but that was just so that I knew it was done!

Have a lovely time.:yay:

Its got a big car park so I would imagine you will be fine just turning up:thumbsup2

Hi we parked there at Easter weekend and there were plenty of spaces, I don't think it gets too busy there and it's a huge car park. But not sure what it would be like in the summer.

Hiya

we're back and there were plenty of spaces at 8am on a monday morning in august!

Loved the disney express and Ebbsfleet would definately use it again

That's really helpful, thanks for posting back.
We are going on a monday morning and i'd been considering pre booking. Can I ask how much the car park was as I think there are 4 there? how long is the process of getting ticket, walking to station etc.

Thanks

Hi

wish I was going on Monday again

It was £35 ish for 4 days and you paided by sticking your credit card into the machine on your walk back to your car from the station.

we went to the first car park on the left as you drove in and there was one other car in the next entrance so straight in, take a ticket, lots of spaces,to be honest not next to the entrance but it took less than 3 mins to walk to the terminal with our baggage and 3 excited kids.

when you go in you show you tickets, again no queue, we were early 8.15 for a 10am train but there were 2 trains were ahead of us. you stick you ticket in a machine like on the tubes then walk 30secs round the corner put your bags on the xray machine and go through the metal detector the see the passport man again no queues and your in the waiting room, costa, whsmiths, toilets, seating.

we were on the disneyland express and they gave the kids bags with puzzels etc then mickey came on and said get ready to board, the gate opens you go down and escalator and your on the platform and you stand at your carraige number and hop on.

on the way out just pay at the machine and drive out

I was very impressed by it

Have a lovely time

We prebooked when we went to Paris a few months ago. Its not cheaper if you prebook but you can pick which car park (we were in A which is right next to station entrance). It does make it very easy. You just drive up the barrier and it reads your number plate and lets you in. Same when you exit.
Its £8 a day or £37 a week.

Cool...thanks for that - I've pre-booked too and wondered what the actual process is when we get there !

I know this might sound silly but ...

If I pre book and we park 0530 monday morning and arrive back at the car 2100 the following monday.. does that count as a 7 day permit or 8 days parking??!!! Don't want to purchase 7 day permit and find we get fined when we arrive back or something :)

I would imagine its 8 days
