HELP
I purchased tix off of ebay for DL CA . I received them today and they say :military socal resident 2fer must present valid photo id with ticket for admission.
I asked the seller specifically if there were any "strings" attached and her answer was NO. Anyone know about this, will we be able to get in. We are not So CAl residents. HELP

So sorry to hear of your ebay trouble! I recently purchased a handbag that was advertised to be authentic "Coach" and it turned out it was not.... It was a fake bag!...I did recieve a refund for the bag and reported the seller to ebay. Did your seller offer a money back guarantee? If not, if you used paypal to pay, you still may recover your money if the purchase was less than $500.00.
If the product was not as advertised, it is fraud!

Hopefully, someone here will have experience using those types of passes!

Good Luck.....:D

You may find good advice on the forums at Ebay. This seller definitely scammed you.

If you purchased with a credit card, you may also dispute the charge. The cc companies do this all the time.

Good Luck!

I have never had to show an ID when I used a SoCal pass. You have to show ID when you buy them, but Disney allows you to buy 5 or 6 and I never saw anything about not being able to buy them for out of town guests. In fact we have used them many times since we moved away, we plan our trips around the SoCal discount dates. My MIL always goes with us and shows her ID to buy the tickets for all of us. I have never had a military pass, but assume it is the same. I would talk to the seller about protocol for using them before I got too upset.

We always go with military tickets and have never been asked for ID. However, ours have never said this 2fer type thing but it does state military on the ticket.

While it is not common there are some Gate CM's that will ask for ID, (as they should). I would deffiently email the buyer and request a refund, as the product may or may not be of use to you. If they refuse or do not respond. File a report to ebay.
