Ebay at CR?

Is Ebay loading for anyone when you click the banner through CR? I cannot get the page to load!! I have tried refreshing, reclicking the banner, and still NOTHING!

UGH! I can't get in today either!! The top part with my points loads, but the Ebay page won't load. I am missing out on points!! WAAAH!!
