No, my problem is still not resolved. I am still working with microsoft via emails. But still no resolution.

When I contacted microsoft by email, they acknowledged already being aware of a problem with ebay paypal purchases and were working on the problem. I have sent several emails and still no resolution. I want to make another purchase or two, but I am afraid to until this is resolved.
