eBay 20% disc using live.com search

Well, I, too am having cashback problems. i'm wondering if anyone else is going through this like me. I made a few ebay purchases that qualified for cashback. Set up the acct. and had the cash in "pending" status, around $150. It was pending for about 2 weeks and then one day last week I went to check on it and the site wouldn't let me log on. It is saying that it doesn't recognize my Live User ID. Out of the clear blue this happened. So now, it seems that I'm just SOL cause there is no way to get a real customer service person to help you. I've e-mailed several complaints, and to each one I've received a bullcrap automated response that does nothing to help me. I'm just irritated beyond belief with the whole thing. I really hope that this isn't happening to other people, but wouldn't be surprised if I got scammed out of my money by Microsoft.

All 3 of my transactions are still showing up as pending my live.com cashback account

I am having trouble too. When I sign into my account, everything looks good. When I try to click on my "cashback" the site brings me back to register as if I am a new customer. ??????????

I just bought a $500 gc with it and it showed that the cashback will be $99. After the purchase I followed the directions and signed up for the live.com account listed in the terms and conditions. I just don't understand how they know which account to credit the purchase to. Has anyone had their purchase show up in pending yet on the cashback site?

This was a fantastic deal for me. I should get the $99 cashback from Microsoft, $60 in fuelperks from Giant Eagle by buying Ebay gc's to pay for it, $5 from Disney Visa and $10 from SR for shopping thru their link. If it all works out then that $500 gc only will cost me $326

How did you get it to go thru cashback and SR? I was trying to figure out if there was a way to do this when I bought a pair of shoes yesterday, but couldn't figure it out, since SR says you have to shop thru their link and so does cashback. Which one did you go to first?

If the live.com promo is still working, go do your search on live.com first and click on the cashback link. Then go to SR and click thru to ebay that way. Close out the first eaby window brought up when you clicked on the live.com link. If the cashback promo is still working, the cashback logo will show up on subsequent ebay pages (from the SR link)

I need some help with this. I followed the instructions and went to live.com searched for Wii, found the symbol and clicked on it but it just brought me to the Live search results not eBay, what am I doing wrong.

I have made a few ebay purchases with cashback. it shows pending in my live.com cashback account. the first cashback will be available next tuesday to me.
if your live.com shows NOTHING, you have to contact live.com directly to resolve.

If your transactions aren't pending you have to follow the steps outlined by cashback on their site. One of my husband's transactions was not listed. We had to send them the information and within 2 days the transaction was listed as pending.

I have requested the cashback from one account (late last week) and I am waiting to request the other one - only 3 days to go!

I also had to inquire about mine because it didn't show up at all...mind you, it had only been a day or two. I followed the procedure and I got an email wondering why I inquired (basically) but my money showed in pending then...took about a day or two after I filed my inquiry from what I remember...it's been a while!!!!

No, my problem is still not resolved. I am still working with microsoft via emails. But still no resolution.
