Ebates 20% back for Orbitz tickets

I'm a newbie so sorry if this question has already been asked. I live near Disneyland but am making a trip to Disneyworld in a few weeks. I purchased a 5 day MYW ticket through Orbitz a couple of weeks ago (so mad since Ebates is now offering 20%!) and I've seen on other threads that you CAN NOT combine tickets to upgrade to a Premier. However, before I read those threads I thought to buy a Disneyland 5 day park hopper through them and combine them. Well, I chatted with a CM on the DW website and she said I COULD combine both the DL and DW partially used, not expired tickets to upgrade.

Did rules change since that thread was made? I read you can not combine tickets but this CM said yes. Any verification? I could potentially save $169 with the bridging if it works out. Any help is appreciated

Has anyone had any experience at all buying these tickets and then using them way later? I'd like to buy these for next year possibly but am worried they won't be accepted past the dates I input.

Where do you find tickets for Disney on orbitz? I went through the ebates link but don't see any tickets tab. Must flights and hotels or vacation packages.

Click on "Activities" and search Orlando or Anaheim- which ever Disney you're looking for.

Sorry don't know why it posted my question twice. Thanks. I changed my phone to desk top view and saw it. But I don't see anything about the cash back deal. It's just offering buy 3 day tickets and get 2 free. How do I know if I will get the cash back?

Cash back is through Ebates. Log on to your Ebates account, click on the Orbitz link and it will track your purchase. You won't get your cash back immediately. Only after the quarter is over.

I just wanted to let everyone know that I was able to link these tickets to MDE! On another thread someone posted that you need to email Orbitz Customer Relations and ask for your "My Magic Code" so you can link your tickets. I bought my tickets Tuesday, then emailed Orbitz yesterday morning asking for the code. I got a response back this morning with the code. The email address is CustomerRelations@Orbitz.com.

Oh I just referenced DL because that is where I got confused about when I may or may not be able to use these tickets. I'm just worried about a scenario where I buy these tickets with a date range of say "December 1-8" but then don't end up going until the following April and my ticket vouchers are denied because I didn't come during the dates I listed when I purchased the vouchers.

I'm on the Ebates website right now and the 20% cash back is still available. As long as you have a tracking number and order confirmation then you'll see the 20% back in your account usually within 2 days.

Are you linking just tickets or to a on site stay? If you link them do you still have to go to will call to pick them up or just use magic bands?

No worries. I was able to get the answer and the answer is yes, I can use the ticket on my MB to upgrade to a Premier.

I really want to jump on this deal. My problem is I have 4 one day park hoppers (unused) that I was planning on using the value of toward our tickets in June. I can't buy the orbitz base tickets, then use the value of the other tickets to upgrade the base tickets, right?

I could buy the B3G2 hoppers, use then upgrade to 6 days, and then just get the one day hoppers off my KTTW cards and use those. But that's kinda like paying for PH twice. If I should wait and get tickets there, I'm risking a price increase...

What to do??? I'm not planning another trip for at least 3-4 years.
