Eating solo with a Table Service credit

We were able to secure Free Dining for our upcoming September trip. My wife and daughter plan a trip to Morimoto's for lunch and it just doesn't appeal to me. I have one table service credit that I need to use and I need some advice.

I am considering Via Napoli on our Epcot day. We are going during the Food and Wine Festival and are planning on snacking our way around World Showcase for lunch/dinner.

DD and DW are doing Morimoto's on a non-park day. We are staying at PO-R and plan on taking the boat to Disney Springs. I was considering Paradisio 37, Ragland Road or House of Blues.

My question is: Do I need a reservation for one or can I just walk up to do one person. If I chose the Disney Springs option , can I just eat at the bar if I have a beer?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

My suggestion would be don't plan for a table service meal in Epcot if you are planning to
enjoy trying foods at the kiosks for the Food & Wine. The kiosks open at 11am, and instead of a table service lunch
you can start at the kiosks right away. There are so many great things to try!

We have done that before and regretted our decision to have TS, because we were too full from lunch to enjoy the kiosks.
As far as getting in without a reservation, it is possible. You can always have concierge at your hotel check for a reservation availability before you head to Disney springs.
You can also check by using your My Disney experience app on your phone.
I'm not sure about eating at the bar, but I love raglan road.

I would just eat at the same time as the rest of your family for simplicity of scheduling. If you don't want the fancy asian cuisine then I'd pick somewhere that does appeal in DS and sit back and relax and have a beer and enjoy a leisurely lunch. I would definitely make an ADR - a table for 1 is no different than a table for 2 and walk ups in all party sizes get turned away often. Just pick one of the places on your list and book it and enjoy.

DS and I were able to walk right in to HOB if we ate at the bar, while waiting for a table was about 45 minutes. It was fine, same food, great service. Given you will be one at lunch, I don't see it as a problem.

If you're looking at DS, a lot of restaurants are available on OpenTable ... I think it's easier to change reservations there rather than MDE. :)
