Eating Healthy at Disneyland

I talk myself out of feeling bad about paying for a pickle.

Kids meals work for me. And I keep myself from eating more by running for fastpasses while everyone else is still eating.

And I get a churro but count it as a meal.

To tag on to the kid's meal comment. I was there last week and got the kid's meal bean burrito at Rancho again. I asked if I could get the fajita vegetables instead of rice (not because I'm cutting carbs, the veggies are just good). They actually gave me a little cup of the vegetables and a little cup of the rice so I mixed the two together and it was perfect!

One thing we sometimes do is that the kids grab food at Bengal BBQ and then we grab a table outside at French Market and eat at French Market. That way the kids do not need to eat at French Market....

Crescent City Salad with chicken or salmon at New Orleans Cafe. One of the best salads I've ever had, and pretty light compared to other options at the parks. (Just skip the beignets afterward!)

We don't do snacks anymore in the par(other than the occasional Dole Whip) as they're generally unhealthy and fattening. At home, if we do need a snack it will be some nuts or fruit.
