Eating from the kids menu

I had weight loss surgery back in March of this year down in Mexico and it has been a wonderful success. I can't eat that much at one time now. But I do eat frequently. But when it comes down to my actual meals, they are small, like a kids meal. I do plan to see if there are any good options with kids meals at Aulani with the counter service dining.

But I was wondering if there was any chance that they would let me order of the kids menu at Ama Ama for breakfast? My husband of course would be ordering a normal adult meal. And surely I would be able to do this with room service if I so chose too to utilize during my stay?

I couldn’t see why not - they let my 15yo order from the kids menu whilst my 13yo ordered from the adults.
