Read somewhere that the spring water used for the pizza dough is actually shipped in from PA.......supposedly is very similar to the water used for the dough in Italy.........don't remember where I read it........wait........just found it.......on www.allearsnet.com........the article about the soft opening......."an undisclosed spring in PA".

Great report and pictures Deb! I'm even more excited now, I have an ADR for November. Those pizzas look absolutely delicious! I love New York style pizza.
